Yarrow Milfoil ?

I found a rizone growing in the sand near Cresent City coast area. I took the rizone home and transplanted it at my house in Chico Ca. And this thing really took off. Grows fast and well and does fine in the frost in Chico.

For the first time, I have birds nesting directly above this plant. Lady bugs like this plant.
