Secretarial ProgramPage-3: Scheduling Medications, Pills |

In the medicine cabinet, I have two sets: Morning and Evening.
After I finish a set, I turn a bottle upside down, in that set. A "set" is either on the left or right.
In years past, and before I turned a bottle upside down, I never could remember if I took my pills or not.
It used to happened almost every day. I would drive Linda crazy too, because she is not responsible for my pills.
It was a real problem, and a serious problem. Now two things help prevent both double dosing and no dosing.
One, of course, is the program. And the other is the habit of turning a bottle upside down when I replace it on the shelf.
In the picture, you can tell that I have taken the morning pills.
